This nutcracker craft is the perfect holiday activity to use in the days and weeks leading up to winter break. This Christmas activity is ideal for elementary or middle school students. This is an independent, student lead, one-day art craft activity.
 
With this Christmas craft students design their own nutcracker. With a few quick folds, they create a surprise element making it appear as though the nutcracker's mouth is opening. In the space, students add drawings of things that remind them of the holiday season. There is also a space to include writing, it's the perfect ELA and art cross-curricular holiday activity.
 
This nutcracker activity is perfect for an elementary art, middle school art, or any elementary and middle ELA or general education class. Plug this in as a fast finisher, sub plan, or way to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
 
All in all the following is included in this holiday craft pack:
