This elementary art or middle school printmaking lesson pack includes a marker print art project that teaches students about warm colors, cool colors, line, shape, pattern, and monoprints by creating a garden marker print. Students are introduced to the artist, Thaneeya McArdle, and her vibrant, pattern works of art as inspiration.

This marker print lesson pack includes an adaption for younger elementary art students and an adaption for older elementary art students. This art lesson is fun, adaptable to a range of age levels, and perfect to teach basics such as composition, line, shape, and pattern.

Students design their own garden, decorate the plants with shapes, lines, and patterns, and create a background by transfering marker from foil for a monoprint.

All in all, included in this marker print pack:
