Shipping

Our website sells digital and physical products.

Digital Products: Digital products are available for instant download immediately after your payment is confirmed. No physical products will be shipped to you if you purchase a digital product.

Physical Products: Artwork, t-shirts, aprons, bags, and similar can also be purchased. These products take 3-5 business days to process. Shipping times will vary based on location. In the United States, USPS priority mail is the standard for shipping.

If you are unable to access your digital download for any reason or did not receive your physical product in the timeline you expected, please email us at whitney@lookbetweenthelines.com for support.

Refunds

We’ve done our best to accurately represent our resources as best possible. Please be sure to preview each product and read the description before purchasing.

However, if you have purchased a resource that you feel will not work for you or your students, please email us at whitney@lookbetweenthelines.com. We will do our best to make the situation right.
